If your door is stuck open and the house is sitting there wide open, or a spring has let go and you cannot get the car out, call us on the emergency line whatever time it is. That is what it is there for.

Emergency calls outside our regular hours carry a $200 charge on top of the repair itself. You will hear that on the phone before we head over, not after we get there. If that is a hardship, say so when you call.

What to have ready when you call

It saves us both time if you can tell us roughly how wide the door is and whether it is wood or steel, what the opener is if there is one, and what the door is doing now, whether it will not move at all, will not stay up, or is stopping partway. If something broke while you were watching, tell us what you heard. A spring letting go sounds like a gunshot in the garage and that alone usually tells us what we are coming out for. A photo helps too if you want to send one.

Most of our work is downtown, Midtown and East Sacramento, and we are out in Land Park, Curtis Park, Oak Park, Tahoe Park, Arden-Arcade, Natomas and the Pocket most weeks as well. If you are somewhere we did not name, ask when you call and we will tell you straight either way.
